Oil central heating with two woodburners. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with FreeSat, DVD, Blu-ray, WiFiselection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared off road parking for 2 cars in front of cottage. Private front and rear patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only and on a lead outside). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4.7 miles, pubs 5 mins walk. Note: Unfenced stream with steep drop at front of property, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Staircase has open rail on one side only, care to be taken. Note: Please wear slippers when in the house as the floors are made of either stone, tile or wood. Note: No mobile phone signal in or around property for at least a couple of miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times outside due to sheep in nearby fields and the neighbours have cats.
