Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books. Fuel and power in rent. Fuel for woodburner can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 5 cars. Front gravelled area with furniture, rear lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Check-in 4pm. Rockwood is in a very quiet rural location due to this we would ask that
guests respect the neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum after
10.30pm.

Rockwood is a detached cottage located near the village of Lindale in the Lake District. It has five bedrooms including a king size and two doubles, all with en-suites, as well as two twin rooms, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the cottage can sleep ten people. Also on the inside you will find a kitchen diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a games room. To the outside there is off road parking for five cars, a gravel area with a table and chairs and a rear lawn. Rockwood is an excellent cottage in a beautiful location.
