Over two floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC. 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Dining room with woodburning stove. Sitting room.
Oil fired central heating and underfloor heating with woodburner. Electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off-road parking for 3 cars to the front of the property. Patio with table, chairs and sun loungers. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 4 miles and pub 2 miles. Note: no access to patio via back stairs from the master bedroom as there is no hand rail, will be locked and to be used in an emergency only. Please note: minimum 2 night stays only.
