Gas heating. Electric oven, gas hob and microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TV with Freeview, DVD player CD, docking station. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 1 car. Decking with furniture and hot tub. Sorry no smoking and no pets. Shop 4 miles, restaurant/pub 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Wi-Fi is available in the Old Mill Bar & Restaurant.
Note: starter pack for woodburner provided first night is provided end of September to end of March. Note: Due to balcony decking and lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
