Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, fibre optic broadband. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack for woodburner available end of September to end of March only, at other times guests need to bring their own woodburner fuel. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Decked area with furniture. Hot Tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, on-site pub/restaurant 5 mins walk.Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to balcony decked area over lake and due to other lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ�s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
