All-ground-floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Gas central heating. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge, 4 x TVs (two with built in DVD players and one is a large 50" Smart TV), WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car and further parking at the Old Mill a few minutes walk away. Private decking with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop is 4 miles, restaurant/pub is a 5 minute walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Wi-Fi is also available in the Old Mill Bar & Restaurant. Note: Due to the raised balcony's, lakes and open water on site so children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
