Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer. 2 x TV with Freeview, DVD player, fibre optic boradband. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Parking outside the lodge for one car. Private wrap-around terrace with dining area, sun loungers and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, on-site restaurant 5 minutes' walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to balcony terrace and as the property has lakes and open water around it, children must be supervised. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
