Gaa central heating. Electric oven, gas hob and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. 32� flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, fibre optic boradband. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Terrace with furniture and private hot tub. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, restaurant/pun 5 mins walk. Note: The starter pack for the woodburner on the first night is provided end of September to end of March. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: As there are lakes and open water on the park, children must be accompanied at all times. Note: BBQ�s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
