All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x twin with pull-out trundle beds (suitable for children under 12). Bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Oil underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture, and adjacent raised lawn area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles. Note: Owner lives adjacent with their pet dogs, however dogs are not allowed in the property. Note: The trundle beds in the twin room are only suitable for children under 12 years old. Note: Max 6 adults
