Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one with basic Sky, one with FreeSat), DVD, iPod, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Bike/boat storage. Lawned garden with hot tub, patio, furniture, fire pit/BBQ. Up to 8 membership passes for the Whitewater Cascades Leisure Club including swimming pool, gym etc. inc. in rent. Spa treatments at extra cost. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub/restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: Cottage is close to open water and streams, children to be supervised at all times. The cottage has two king-size double rooms, a twin room and a room with bunks. There is a family bathroom on the first floor, and a wet room on the ground floor, along with a kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with sofa bed and woodburner. The property offers wonderful views from many windows, and spacious grounds with a private hot tub, patio and furniture, as well as ample off road parking and storage for bikes and boats. Lakeside Cottage makes a wonderful base for enjoying the attractions around Lake Windermere and beyond.
