Note: Stream in garden, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There are several steps in the garden between the various levels of patio and terrace, as well as a fenced drop, and there are five steps to the front door from the parking area, care should be taken. Note: Mobile phone reception can be limited. Note: There are sloping ceilings in both the main house and studio with some restricted height, especially in the studio bedroom. Note: The studio has a separate entrance up a flight of stairs. Note: The oven and hob in the studio have been disconnected and therefore can't be used. Note: The AGA and woodburner can get very hot, children must be prevented from touching them.
