All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV, DVD, selection of DVDs. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front decking with table and chairs, enclosed lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 2 minute walk, shop 15 minute walk. Note: Washing machine in lean-to at back of property.
