Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor twin. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburning stove.
Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared use of owner's freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Front patio with furniture and ornamental pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Owner has friendly dogs. Note: The ornamental pond is covered with netting, however children must be supervised at all times. Note: Owner can reduce property to sleep 4 with a reduced price, the twin bedroom would be shut off to guests. Please contact the office to discuss.

Golden Hill Cottage is a lovely cottage situated two miles outside of Haxby, a village north of the city of York in North Yorkshire. The cottage has a three bedrooms, one double with en-suite, one twin and one ground floor twin. There is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. There is also a ground floor wet room. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, a patio with pond and furniture. Golden Hill Cottage is set in a wonderful location, surrounded by beautiful countryside, a brilliant base for exploring North Yorkshire.
