Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 2 cars outside cottage on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 11 mins walk, pub 1.5 miles. Coast 1 min walk. Note: Mobile phone coverage varies depending on network and can be limited. Note: The mezzanine double bedroom is open from the top of the stairs without a door, care should be taken and access to the family room is through this room.

There is a mezzanine double bedroom, open to the top of the stairs, a family room with a double bed and a single bed, a ground floor shower room, a first floor basin and WC, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a gas woodburner-effect stove. Outside there is roadside parking for two cars outside the cottage on a first come, first served basis and an enclosed patio with furniture.
