Cot, highchair and bed guard available on request. Parking in a public car park in the town. Private, enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ to the front. Children of all ages welcome. One small well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 50 metres. Note: Although there is no designated parking it is possible to load and unload outside the house. Please note: The owner is open to accept an extra pet at �30 or two extra pets at �45
