Shared brick paved and gravel area, BBQ. Use of owners tennis court available on arrangement. One well behaved pet welcome by arrangement. Sorry no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 0.4 miles. Note: £150 good housekeeping bond required. Note: Use of hard tennis court - correct shoes to be worn please. Note: Outside catering can be arranged for special occasions.

The Tallet is a conversion of a former stables situated in Rockbourne, Hampshire. It has two king size bedrooms with a separate family bathroom and a shower room. There is an open plan living room, dining area and fitted kitchen. Outside has a brick-paved and gravelled area to the front of the cottage with furniture and a barbecue which overlooks the farmland. The property has use of a hard tennis court and access to off street parking. The Tallet is the place to be for a small family holiday.
