Seawards is a lovely four bedroom Victorian Crescent apartment in a superb central location opposite Filey's award-winning beach and conveniently near shops, tea rooms and restaurants.
The internal porch/entrance area offers ample storage for coats, boots and outdoor clothing. An archway leads to the sitting room which has a comfortable corner sofa, gas fire and Flat screen TV with a DVD collection plus a dining area to enjoy meals together.
The kitchen is well-equipped with smart cream units and has an oven, hob, microwave and a washing machine plus there's a small table and two chairs.
There are four bedrooms, decorate with seaside-inspired shades of blue. The main bedroom has a white metal king-size bed, wardrobe and dressing room. There is a twin bedroom with full size 3' single beds. A shower room and a separate WC area all on the same level.
Two charming further bedrooms, a double and a single, are accessed via a corridor and up a flight of stairs.
Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with seating - lovely to enjoy a morning coffee or a nightcap before bedtime!
