Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, 3 x DVDs, Nintendo Wii with games, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car in shared bays. Small private patio with furniture and use of extensive communal grounds. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: Use of communal heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym inc. in rental price. Additional activities, including archery, tennis and cycle hire are available at additional cost, payable on site.

Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible.
However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.
