Sleeping six in three bedrooms � a double and two twin, together with a bathroom and a shower-room. There is a comfy living room with an open fire, a large conservatory, a dining room with a wood-burning stove and a kitchen with a cosy Rayburn. Private garden and patio with garden furniture. A cosy, get-away-from-it-all cottage in an idyllic spot overlooking the Fal Estuary and out to sea. Good beach caf�, boat hire and excellent sailing and windsurfing school on the beach, with launching facilities and sheltered sailing waters (parking for boats behind beach). Friendly, welcoming owners.
