Electric range cooker with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio to rear and side with furniture, BBQ and wood-fired hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: The wood-fired hot tub is available for the first 3 days of your weekly stay, an additional 3 days is available at a cost of £75. Note: If additional days required, hot tub will be unavailable for one day due to cleaning process. Note: Livery facilities available on request. Note: £25 per dog extra if taking more than 2

Tractor Shed is a semi-detached barn conversion set on the owner's farm in the village of Felindre near Knighton. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a super king-size double which has the flexibility of being a twin room and a twin bedroom. There are also two bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric stove. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a side and rear patio with furniture, a BBQ and a wood-fired hot tub. Tractor Shed has all the ingredients for a perfect holiday for friends and family all year round.
