Central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Superfast Broadband/ WiFi (from Easter 2019). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with furniture (seasonal). Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub within 5 minutes walk. Beach within 10 minutes walk. Note: No children under 8.

Corder View is a seaward facing townhouse with magnificent panoramic views of Falmouth harbour. The house sleeps six people and has accommodation over three floors. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a shower room whilst the other two bedrooms, a kingsize double and a further double are on the second floor with the family bathroom. The sitting room and kitchen diner are on the first floor and there is a study with TV on the second floor. The small and enclosed courtyard garden at the rear benefits from the afternoon sun and there is driveway parking for two cars. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is an ideal venue for a relaxing coastal break and is convenient for Falmouth's attractions being less than a five minute walk from the vibrant town centre.
