One of these bedrooms, the king-size double is situated on the ground floor, together with a separate cloakroom. The games room is located opposite this, with a large TV, comfortable sofas and a pool table.

Oil-fired Rayburn range, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games.
