Enclosed side lawned garden with patio and furniture. Free, shared use of estate facilities including hot tub, riverside picnic area and one acre lake with specimen fishing. Four well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are boarding kennels on the estate and the owners request dogs to be kept on a lead when walking on the estate. Note: Children to be supervised at all times due to the River Thet running through the estate, as well as the fishing lake on-site. The river is unfenced and the lake has a low-level fence.

This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, together with a bathroom with corner bath.
