Two king-size double bedrooms (one with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC and one with en-suite shower, basin and WC). Kitchen. Sitting room with sofa bed, dining area and woodburning stove.
Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVDs, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 family sized cars or equivalent. Private patio with furniture and shared use of owner's lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Property accessed down track of approx 400 yards. Note: Kitchen is very small and has very low head height to access it. Note: Evening meals can be provided by prior arrangement.
