Outside are four acres of shared lawns and orchards to explore and within a short stroll a good pub, water sports and crabbing from the riverside. Inside the cottage is cosy and stylish with two ground floor bedrooms. The first floor living area is open plan with a sitting/dining room and well equipped kitchen. Glazed doors open onto a small patio garden with excellent river views. With beaches and attractions nearby The Tallet is a brilliant base for an interesting break in Devon.
