Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, 2 x fridges (1 with ice box), additional freezer space available, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD, WiFi, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Cycle storage available. Patio and garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Please note: There will be some building work happening near to the property from the 7th of October until the 5th of December, work will be carried between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with some associated noise.
