Three bedrooms: 1x King-size bed with en suite shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. 1x Super-King size bed (can be split into two on request), 1x Twin. Family bathroom on the first floor with free standing bath, hand held shower, wc, hand basin and heated towel rail. Shower room with a large electric shower, sink and w.c. Kitchen / dining room. Utility / laundry room. Sitting room. Snug.

Range cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. TV with Freeview and DVD player. The utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, fridge/freezer and glass fronted chiller unit. Baby friendly facilities, WiFi. TV, BT vision, panasonic music system. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves, these will not be provided. Note: The outside area is a shared space with the pet friendly holiday let next door. Note: Please note that there is a �25 charge per pet.
