Four bedrooms: 2 x King-size. 1 x double. 1 x single. Open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. 2 x shower rooms, one with corner shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin, bidet and heated towel rail. Shower room with large walk-in shower, w.c., basin/vanity unit and heated towel rail. Utility area. Courtyard garden.
TV with DVD player, and feature fireplace (not in use).
Four ring induction hob with oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave and two fridges (one with freezer compartment).
To the rear of the house is a courtyard garden with small stone and gravelled terrace.
Wireless broadband internet available.
All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
An annual parking pass for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride.
