Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent, additional fuel available from owners (�5 per basket or �10 unlimited amount). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front gravelled area with furniture, rear patio garden with furniture and BBQ, plus shared use of owners' land. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Due to the close proximity of livestock, dogs must be kept under strict control at all times. Note: The River Strine runs through the owners' land, children to be supervised.
