Fuel, power and fuel for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Fishing inc. in rent. Shared use of grounds, gardens, the Quackery, outdoor lawn chess (for adults) and all weather outdoor tennis courts. One well-behaved dog welcome (please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels)

Gardeners Cottage is situated next to the Hall on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales. With one double bedroom and two twins as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep six people. The cottage also contains a well-equipped fitted kitchen, a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage there is a patio area with furniture and a BBQ as well as plenty of off road parking. There are also fishing, tennis and woodland walks included with this cottage. With a number of other cottages on site making it ideal for large groups of over thirty people, Gardeners Cottage is a wonderful holiday home for anyone wishing to explore the delights of North Wales.
