Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to the front. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: There is a tourist railway line approx. 300 yards from the cottage that operates during weekdays and off-peak times at weekends, some noise is audible when trains pass.
