Rangemaster cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, Bose iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Roadside parking outside the front of the property on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed front chipped slate garden. Enclosed rear terraced garden with patio, lawned area, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs and cats welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Steps up to the cottage, care to be taken. Note: Due to steps from lower tier of garden and drop in garden, care to be taken and children should be supervised at all times. Note: Double bed is only accessed from one side. Note: Property on a B road, some road noise can be heard

Aldersyde is a character, semi-detached cottage on the outskirts of the town of Conwy in North Wales. The cottage can sleep eight people in three bedrooms, which are a king-size double, which is zip/link and can be twin on request, a double and adult bunks as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, utility, dining room with sofa bed and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside is roadside parking and an enclosed front slate garden. To the rear is an enclosed rear terraced garden with patio, lawned area, furniture and barbecue. Set in a great location, Aldersyde is a wonderful place to enjoy at any time of the year.
