Stable Cottage (approx. 12 paces from the door) 2 bedrooms: 1 x twin with ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin, 1 x twin with ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.

Central heating, woodburner. Large 5 ring gas range with triple oven / grill, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Large TV with Freeview, dvd player, WIFI, iPod dock. Fuel and power and inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample off road parking. Garden with table and chairs. One pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: A refundable £400 good housekeeping bond is required in advance of arrival. Note: 2 of the bedrooms are in a separate property approx. 12 paces from the main house. Note: If you are wanting the zip/link beds to be made up into different bed types please let the owner know at least 2 days before arrival.
