Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Ample off-road parking. Private enclosed garden to the rear with patio furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 2 mins walk, shop 1 mile. Note: Stream at edge of garden, this is fenced off, however, children still need to be supervised at all times. Note: There is a fishing pool available with carp. The owner provides a day ticket at an extra cost
