Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: The water comes from a natural spring which is regularly tested. Note: This is a working farm with the farmyard next to the patio. There may be associated farm smells and sounds. Note: Rides in the owner's vintage Daimler by arrangement.

The Barn is a detached barn conversion cottage near to Crewkerne in Dorset. The cottage is all on the ground floor and sleeps four people in a double bedroom, a twin room and a family shower room.
