Enclosed rear patio and lawn with furniture and a BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: There is ramped access to the front of the property and the shower has grab rails- may be suitable for those with more limited mobility. Note: There are two steps down from the rear to the patio area. Note: Check-in 4pm
