Electric heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. No telephone. No freezer. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled area and private patio with furniture. Shared grounds of approximately 2 acres with woods. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins drive. Pub 8 mins walk. Note: The washer/dryer is situated in a separate building and is shared with the owners. Note: Upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings. Note: The owner does have 2 dogs of their own.
