Wet room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with patio doors to the garden. Snug. Laundry room (accessible from outside).

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, 6 x TV's with Freeview, WiFi, DVD, DAB radio, Bose speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x travel cot and highchair. Ample off-road parking for 3 cars. Gravelled area with furniture, and a children's play area and child's wendy house . BBQ, wood fired hot tub and a spacious lawn area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Several steps on the ground floor of the cottage between rooms. Note:Pushchair, and bed guard also available on request. Note: The utility room, which has steps leading up to the door, is accessed via the garden and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
