Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Bike storage. Free roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Front garden and rear yard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, (please bring own dog blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: The stairs at the top are split level to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom and there is one internal step down into the bathroom. Note: The stairs to the eaves bedroom are a steeper and narrower and may not be suitable for the very young or less mobile. Note: The eaves bedroom has some restricted head height. Note: The front garden has a drop at the end, children and dogs need to be supervised at all times.

To the outside there is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and a front garden together with a rear enclosed yard with furniture. This is an ideal base for family or friends whether you are looking to explore the National Park or the adrenalin-fuelled activities on offer at the nearby Llechwedd Caverns.
