Central heating, open fire. Four ring electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. TV with freeview, DVD, WIFI. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Cot and highchair available. Garden (not enclosed), with table and chairs which leads down to a small river. Parking in quiet lane. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of �100 required prior to arrival. Note: Guests take great care at the water's edge, therefore parents with children should be careful, and supervise them outside at all times.
Note: Parking in a quiet lane, you will need to walk to the property. This may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
Note: If you arrive after dark you will need a torch as there is no street lighting.
