Note: Garden is tiered with 4 stone steps, care should be taken and children to be supervised. Note: Portable ramp provided for easy access to cottage via patio doors or from the wet room linking to the kitchen, may be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Tinker's Patch is a charming, single-storey cottage set a few minutes' walk from the beach in Benllech, on the Isle of Anglesey. There are three bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom and a wet room which can also be accessed from the garage, meaning it's perfect for hosing yourself down after a day on the beach. To the front of the property there are sea views from the lawn, whilst to the rear is is a lawned garden with furniture and a barbecue, there is also lockable bike and kayak storage available in the garage and off road parking for three cars. Tinker's Patch Roads sits in a fantastic location for touring stunning Anglesey, with the coast just a few moments away.
