Kitchen with oak table and settle, gas cooker and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave. Sitting room with sofas, log burner, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. The dining area is beautifully furnished with seating for six or more. Private, enclosed garden with garden furniture, subtle lighting, decking and seating areas and hot tub.

TV with sky facilities (for use with guests own account), DVD and CD players, wood burning stove, central heating, bed linen and towels provided, high chair, travel cot (no linen) hot tub, enclosed garden, gas BBQ, garden furniture. Short walk to all local amenities. 2 well behaved dogs welcome.
