Note: This property is over three floors in an elevated position in old Barmouth, with 45 steps leading up to the property and NO vehicle access; therefore it is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Note: Due to the age and nature of the cottage, stairs are a little steeper and narrower than normal and there are some low doorways. Note: No stag/hen parties. Note: Parking permits provide parking, free of charge in nearby car parks
