Loading/unloading outside property only. Parking permit for 1 car, plus parking available in public car park. Front courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and cafe next door, pub 1 min walk. Note: This cottage is set in a courtyard and is next to shops and cafes. Note: The courtyard and table are for exclusive use of the property, however the cottage next door has a right of access through the courtyard. Note: Due to stairs leading directly from the living room, property may not be suitable for young children.

The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one twin, as well as family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a first floor kitchen and sitting room with dining area and gas fire.To the outside of the cottage there is a front courtyard with furniture. Kings Court Cottage is in an ideal spot to explore this lovely part of the Peak District.
