Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture, plus shared use of lawned gardens. One well-behaved dog welcome, please bring own dog bed, blankets and towels. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, restaurants and beach 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is one external step from the rear patio down to the shared lawned garden area. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am

Y Betws is a delightful single-storey barn conversion situated within the grounds of the owners' home, on the edge of the village of Llanengan, one mile from Abersoch. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture and shared use of lawned gardens. Y Betws is a great base for exploring the area.
