Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared patio and lawned gardens with terraces and seating areas, BBQ, croquet lawn, badminton net and tennis court. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour 2 mins walk. Private access to beach 2 mins walk. Note: Gardens and access to beach are shared with the main house and the other apartment. Note: Pond with safety grid in shared grounds, children to be supervised. Note: Beach huts available to rent during your stay direct from the owners. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Accessed via an external wooden staircase consisting of 13 steps.

The Dovecote is a homely first floor apartment, in a stunning Grade II house setting, moments from the beach in Abersoch.
Accessed via a private, external wooden staircase and situated amongst beautiful sub-tropical shared grounds, with a private path leading directly to the beach, the property is excellently placed. There are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area, open fire and lovely views towards the sea. Outside, the three acres of beautiful gardens, with a range of patios and seating areas, along with a tennis court, badminton net and croquet lawn are an absolute delight. There's also off road parking for two cars, not to mention the private path, which leads directly onto the beach! The Dovecote is an excellently-placed apartment, with homely accommodation, ideal for your seaside getaway.
