The house is heated by a dual system. Guests may choose to use the electric central heating from the electric boiler or the woodburning Rayburn stove. Gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer, dishwasher, SKY TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for three cars. Lockable storage for bikes, fishing rods, walking gear. Rear lawn and patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Tumble dryer is located in the garage. Note: A starter pack of wood for the woodburner is provided by the owners, however if the log runs out there will be a note in the cottage as where to buy some more.
